Along the years I have come up with some tips on how to get better sleep, most of these come from the 10100 / lan party scene but i figure since i like you all id share them with you.

Slamming your cock in a drawer: this method may sound a bit painful but I have it on high authority that it really works. Listen to these quotes.
“FUCk me im going to pass out from the pain you ass hole!!!”
“Trust me it wont hurt”
“ Will it hurt”
Those might be backwards…

Going GAY, once you go gay your head is sure to hit the hay. Many a sleepless night I have ended up in the gay bar under the wily and unruly gaze of bear hunters. Seriously that’s the only reason I go there.. Honest..

Get arrested: Fact: in the wild wild west when they arrested a couple guys and couldn’t figure out who did it they would just wait and see who slept. Usually the guy who had little to no problems sleeping was the one who did it. The problem with this is you will have to get arrested with a bunch of people. But I have a solution get really trashed, and start giant bar fights / street brawls.

Get a teddy bear: it is well known that teddy bears or other stuffed animals lower your testosterone, and turn you partly gay so you can sleep better. Its also well known that they suck the souls out of small children and transfer them to there dark overlord trogdor. Use at your own risk.

Tell off your significant other: (if your reading this its probably your boyfriend: Homos) that he or she could loose a couple pounds. This will no doubt start the blab fest on their end and you should with a little practice, be able to block them out and easily fall asleep while they are yelling at you. The trick here is to get them so mad you head one of the following lines:
“I’m so mad I can’t look at you”
“Your face makes me sick”
“I’m leaving and I’m going to go to my x husbands house”
Wait if you hear that last one you probably can sleep for like 2 weeks straight, in that case the lack of yapping may be a wonderful sleep aid.

If you didn’t notice i have been playing around with this new theme here. I know jan misses his lan fairy but hey. Sometimes you gotta take one for the team, and although its not really taking it for the team if you like it. I guess this would be considered the same thing. (did that make any sense?) Ooh well i usually dont so don’t hold me to it or i will if you know what i mean.
